Project Overview
VMX Construction delivered this ground-up luxury medical spa and wellness facility in New Braunfels, Texas — from bare dirt to a finished, operating building in ten months. The project ran the full arc of commercial new construction: site clearing and earthwork, underground storm drainage and utilities, a formed and poured concrete slab, structural steel erection, metal-stud framing, building envelope and roofing, and interior build-out. The result is a modern, landscaped aesthetics and wellness center turned over to the owner in August 2026.

Underground utilities going in — a storm drain trench cut across the site during the early site-work phase.
Storm drainage installation — setting a concrete manhole structure and pipe before backfill and foundation work.
